1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between EstateVideos and the client regarding the real-estate video production services provided by Aeppli AI Studios, Switzerland.
2. Services Provided
Estate Videos produces AI-enhanced real-estate marketing videos based on images and materials supplied by the client.
All deliverables are digital files.
Services may include:
One-time video projects
Monthly retainer arrangements
Free revisions within reasonable scope
No upfront deposit is required unless otherwise agreed.
3. Ownership & Usage Rights
Upon full payment and delivery, the client receives full ownership of the final video, including:
Full commercial usage rights
Unlimited distribution rights
Freedom to edit or repurpose the video
No attribution requirement
Estate Videos does not retain ownership of the delivered video.
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Estate Videos may display completed videos in its portfolio or promotional materials.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients confirm that:
They own or have legal rights to all images and materials they submit.
All provided content is lawful and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Estate Videos is not responsible for any legal issues arising from client-supplied materials.
5. Payments
Estate Videos accepts:
One-time project payments
Monthly retainer payments
Payment must be completed before final delivery of the video.
6. Revisions
Estate Videos offers reasonable free revisions to help achieve the client’s desired outcome.
7. Refund Policy
Estate Videos provides reasonable free revisions to achieve the client’s desired result.
If, after revisions have been completed, the client remains dissatisfied with the final video, the client may request a 50% partial reimbursement.
If a partial reimbursement is issued:
The client may continue using the delivered video without restriction.
Ownership and usage rights remain with the client.
No additional revisions will be provided after reimbursement.
This policy ensures fairness to both parties after production work has been completed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under Swiss law, Estate Videos is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of revenue or business
Issues resulting from client-supplied content
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Switzerland.
